Tile, Marble & Grout Cleaning

Learn more about commercial cleaningHow it works
Three steps, every time.
Pretreating before the steam cleaning is what gets ground-in dirt and stains out. Skipping it is why other cleanings don’t last.
01
Pretreat
A pretreatment goes down first to loosen the dirt, stains and grime that everyday traffic has ground in. It also helps kill bacteria and other unhealthy contaminants.
02
Deodorize
Everything is deodorized before the cleaning starts, so pet and household odors are dealt with at the source instead of covered up.
03
Steam clean
Hot-water extraction flushes the loosened soil out and pulls it into the machine. Nothing is left behind to attract new dirt.
Why Frank’s
27 years in, still doing it the right way.
Not a franchise, not a call center. Frank’s is a family business based in Hypoluxo that has kept its customers one clean floor at a time.
- We strictly steam clean
Other companies dry-compound clean, running detergents through their lines and leaving dirt and residue stuck in the carpet. We use hot-water extraction, every time.
- Natural, plant-based products
Our products are all natural and organic. The enzymes are derived from fruits and plants and leave no dirt-attracting residue, so there is nothing harsh in the house for you, your pets or your little ones.
- The owner does the work
Frank has more than 27 years of experience and is on the job himself. You get the same person, the same standard and the same attention to detail every visit.
- No bait and switch
We are not the ordinary bait-and-switch cleaner. You get a straight quote up front, and the job is done properly, corners included.

Many of these customers have had Frank out for years. That is the kind of review that is hard to fake.
Has cleaned my floors multiple times and now my sectional. I have two dogs so it’s not an easy task. Frank has done great work every time in an efficient and professional manner and leaves the surface looking as good as when I moved in!
We have Frank’s Carpet & Tile Care come to the house to clean our rugs regularly (they were referred by a neighbor). They do an amazing job. I have kids and multiple dogs and my carpets get filthy. They are responsive, timely and thorough. Always a top notch experience.
Frank has been cleaning my tile and rugs for eight years. He is professional, kind, and thorough. It is a joy to come home to a very clean house after he has cleaned all the corners and made everything shine. I’ve also used him in my office. He has my highest recommendation. Five stars.
Frank cleaned my sectional sofa and was able to remove stains that a national chain wasn’t able to, and did a great job on an area rug too. He is reasonably priced and provided great service. I will definitely use his services again.
Frank Bruno has been cleaning our carpet for quite a while, and we are so pleased with the results! He’s always on time, in and out, and always a spectacular job! I will always highly recommend him!
I had Frank come out today for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. Everything was great. The tile looks brand new. Frank is reasonably priced, prompt, courteous, and neat. I was so pleased with his work and expertise. Thanks Frank.
